I belive you would have to confirm an autodownload with a mouse click though I'm not sure.
Anyhow, stop using I.E. Switch to Firefox, there really isnt any reason to why you should be using I.E at all.

you said before it's a bruteforcer, so all it does is try to logon to a certain accountname while cycling through a number of combinations of characters that culd be used in eve passwords. the program probably does that to the account management site as it offers the possibility to change it to a new password.
stop trying to fearmonger and lying to the people or feel free to provide actual links to government sites that detail the law pertaining to that. (i'm assuming you live in the us, so that would suffice.)
